When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, firm name, phone number (optional), firm type, state, how you heard about us, and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Webflow) and the security check on our form (Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms a person is submitting it) process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't sell personal information.
Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or tax documents through the website form. If you become a client, we'll set up a secure way to exchange them.
To deliver accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services, clients share financial records, payroll information and tax information about the firm and its owners. We use that information only to provide the services you engage us for and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
To reply to your inquiry and schedule a call
To deliver the services in your engagement letter, including preparing and filing returns you authorize
To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements
We share information only as needed to do the work: with service providers that host our website, email and accounting and tax software; with tax authorities when we file returns you authorize; and when the law requires it. As a paid tax return preparer, we do not use or disclose your tax return information for any other purpose without your written consent, as federal law requires.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, and we limit access to the people who need it to do the work.
We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client records for as long as the law and professional standards require.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us through this website by emailing daniel.dyson@dyoptra.com.
